Leadership opportunities are intrinsic to our career progression documents. Developing school leadership across all disciplines helps sustainability and enables the Trust to retain highly skilled members of staff. Each school will receive support in developing school leadership, including the appointment of headteachers across the trust. Our coaching and appraisal programmes ensure leaders are able to identify their own development needs allowing the senior leaders to build it into the CPD programme.
